Return Eligibility

Our customers have the right to return the products within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt, under the following conditions.

• Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• The return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.
• In the case of defective products or delivery errors, returns are accepted at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Process
